1. Royal Blue Enterprise is a site that offers web design services, Link Building, Traffic and also sells a wide variety of products ranging from software, eBooks, templates, scripts etc.
2. All products sold are brought its products that copyright is owned by Royal Blue Enterprise and can not be changed after a customer buys a product from here
3. All items sold have a license digital goods consisting of Master resell rights, Product License.
4. Royal Blue Enterprise will not accept a complaint for refund if it does not have a reason to get it. Below is a reason that can be tolerated for a refund:
a. If you buy software from Royal blue enterprise software and it can not work on your computer then the refund will be accepted by the steps that will be explained on the next point below
b. For another product we can not give refunds. but we will give refund if the product that we provide does not match the features offered on the site Royal Blue Enterprise
c. For the service we will accept refund if the services had been paid were not implemented.
5. Steps to receive a refund
a. send an email to indonesiacyber15@Gmail.com its complaint or reason that makes you want to ask for refund
b. Reference number of payment include also the emails sent.
c. We will respond to all complaints no later than 3 days after the email sent.
6. Payment
a. We accept Alertpay for payment in our site.
b. We will accept Credit Card payment after we have ability to protect our site from Hackers and Carders because we want our Buyers is safe .
c. We will accept paypal again if Paypal make the payment more secure because much of the payment is bypassed by people
d. We can accept Wire Transfer but you must contacting our first. Just send me emails to indonesiacyber15@Gmail.com if you want a payment like this
